Surface...I reckon they will...I hope they are...I am leaving the country for pastures of the NZ persuasion in Jan and only postponing my leaving in the hope the boys will be at Turnmills!

I think...THIS is the Wetehrspoons... http://www.jdwethers...utletNumber=644
The Montagu Pyke. Its on Charing Cross Road and a short hike past Leicester Sqaure. If you know where Spamalot is being performed (Palace Theatre..the top of Shaftesbury Avenue) walk past that with it on your left, also walk past the Albert Pub and this Lloyds Wetehrspoons is just up on the left.
Not sure if this IS the Spoonies we are all referring too but its a start.

Nice one...its all coming together isnt it? Less than 2 weeks to go! I need to see if I can leave work early cos I finish at South Ken at 5ish normally but you's lot are heading to the Sqaure about that time arent you?
I am trying to get the Efestivals crew together at the Pyke too, lots of them all descending too! And as it is such a huge pub and we all in town for the same reason...!

hahaha, hey Lucy I didn't meet Scooby but I remember when you posted about him. Wasn't he being shipped off overseas so the NYE gig was the perfect send off! Glad to read he's back and ready for some Chemicals.
And Foxboy, you know as well as anyone that when you're at a Chems show you're never really and truly alone.
Sounds like this whole meet up and gig is going to be one hell of a party. You all will have to share pictures. I want to see random acts of craziness, dammit!

Ooo, a spare ticket?! I've been manicly trying to get my grubby wee mits on some for ages and failing miserably...
I so want to go to this gig - I've only seen them once (at Glasto in 2004) and they're still the best live act I've ever seen. Been wanting to see them again but either haven't had the cash or something else has managed to mess up getting to a gig...
Been loving the Chems since '96 (gawd I suddenly feel old). So wanna go!

Hi all. Me and a mate have booked the Monday off work in anticipation of a heavy head in the morning.
Does anyone know what time the Chemicals will finish and how long the set will be?
Is there anywhere good to roll on into afterwards? I heard Turnmills will be open but anything a little less obvious?
I've seen lots of random figures. Is there 5 6 or 9,000 of us visiting Nelson's patch?

Well I am working that day but am going to ask if both my breaks can be in the afternoon so I can knock off by 4pm and scoot across town to join you's all. My man and a couple of chums are heading to Brick Lane for a mini festival in the daytime...its on until 2am apparently for any after party types.
As I have mentioned before, I am trying to sort out the Efests crew to meet up at the Pyke too to make life easy.
Are you really heading to Traf Square at 5? Think that time has been mentioned somewhere recently. Doesnt the show start at 6.30?
