Alright everyone,

Now that we have the Hanna soundtrack to look forward too, we're gonna have some fun.

If you had a Delorian and a crazy scientist named Doc, and you could not only hoverboard and take almanacs back in time to make millions all while trying to avoid sleeping with your mother and erasing your existence all together... what film would you go back in time and hire the Chemical Brothers to score? Everyone gets 3, or however many they want, because who the hell am I to think that I have the right to tell my brothers and sisters what to do. And, please try to tell us why. That makes it more fun.

1) Tron

- Yeah, sorry... fact is, Disney picked Daft Punk because of their appeal, which was a genius move, but I think Tom and Ed would have absolutely killed that soundtrack.

2) The Bourne ___________

- When I leave work, I like to put Setting Sun or Electrobank in my headphones and imagine all of the people crowding the Chicago streets are out to get me and at any moment, someone may grab my arm and I'd have to whoop that ass with all of my secret espionage martial arts skills only to hop on my Vespa and escape underneathe the El train tracks so I can escape with all of my top secret information and with the beautiful boo-berry sitting on the back seat. Yeah, that would be an awesome scene for a new Chems track.

3) Chocolate

- not the Jonny Depp movie. The bad ass Thai martial arts film. It's unbelievable, and for every bad ass fight scene, there's a gut wrenching emotional scene about human tragedy and love. That would've been sick!

The Chems of course are great for an action film. Or sci-fi. I mean, if the music is good for driving, then it's good for an inner-city or intergalactic chase scene.

I guess I'll start off by saying I love the noisy adrenaline pumped aspects of the Chemical Brothers but I am a great fan of their melodic, sweeping and oceanic musical gestures. The music has always felt familiar to me, and there's always been a feeling there's something more to it than just bits and pieces orchestrated and pieced together on machines. There's an organic and human quality that possesses it and I believe that's part of the reason why their music has consistently held my interest for so long.

So with the human, emotive and organic aspects in my mind I think it would be fascinating to hear what they could do to compliment a documentary. Perhaps something along the lines of the visually stunning, all-encompassing and almighty Planet Earth series. Or one of those documentaries about the cosmos. Hmmm. Anything's possible.
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

I have similar feelings, when I listen to the Chems it is like I have finally found the music I have been searching my whole life for. No other music does it for me as much.

As far as movies, when I saw the first Matrix movie it blew me away, and the second and third movies finished the story off nicely. They have pretty good music anyway, but a Chems score to all 3 of them would be amazing.
Further Remixed There's nothing else...
