If you are looking for Techno then get any of then get in and see James Lavelle or someone like Ben Sims.
Antype did indeed list a lot of top trance djs but they are just that so not much good if that is not your thing,
Other people worth checking out but not trance are:
Kraft Kuts and A skills- proper party tunes for a good time (think fatboy with out the hype and mainstream records
Steve Lawler - very proggy if you like that thing
MAW - are classic but not everyones cup of tea.
DJ Marky or someone like the Stanton Warrios if you want to see Turntabalism
Obv Sasha and Digweed can rock a party still and are worth the entrance fee

Krafty Kuts definetly puts together a fine party mix. "These Are the Breaks" is a fantastic 2-disc mix, with the first disc being a funktastic hip-hop blend.
*sheepish* I'm actually listening to Armin Van Buuren's recent Mixmag CD right now and have to say I like it. Very atmospheric, but groovy as well. Maybe not the best or most challenging mix, but excellent tune selection.

i think generally the standard of dj's has gone down hill recently.
too many bums-on-seats old brigade clogging up the airwaves, not enough new talent coming through.
obviously theres exceptions - james zabielia, and some of the stuff ralph lawson's been doing using laptop's and ableton is quite amazing.
but other than that the old boys/bbc 1 networks still holding strong - and they've all got vested interests so why should they move aside? problem is, it's no longer as fresh as it was, you have to really hunt for the good tunes.
i thin it all needs a big shake up, and it will happen, i can sense it with my jedi 6th sense ;)
