i got some really easy/quick editing needs doing on a jpeg but i cant get the bastard jpeg to save out of paint, i think its coz it was created in PS.

anyone help a brother out? im desperate! its literally just shunting a couple of typos out - would give lots of bum love to whoever volunteers.
