Nope, that I can't agree, chemicalreaction. I only had a quick listen but I kinda liked its atmosphere. There's still some work to be done (that crackling sound of the voice sample for instance) but that's just a minor thing. Your style is unusual smooth this time :-) .

Hey. long time ago since I posted a track here. It's a track I recently made for a "remix contest" of a friend.
Saturday Night(Csar's Crazy Beat Remix)

I really would appreciate some feedback. As ever, bad ones, good ones. Doesn't matter. But at the very least thanks for listening..

Wow, saw a Mad World remix and it's kind of creepy since I quickly made one for class the other week (which means it was an overnight remix... meaning horrible sampling where you'll be like "hey, I know where that's from!")

Hello! Once again I am back from my little hiatus.
This time I would like to present the most procrastinated piece of music that I have ever done. I started doing a "remix" of Csar's oldish track Papermoon's Glow a year and a half ago and I promised to get something done eventually. Well, I had a piece ready last December (mix A) but I thought that it isn't quite ready yet and that given time I could make it into something better. That time never quite came ... I have been in a real hurry for the last 12 months, lot of stress and everything and last spring I wasn't too motivated to do anything new musically. I only got my act together last summer and still it took me this long to get the remix done. I ended up just releasing the mix A as it was a year ago since I still don't quite know how to build on it and decided to make another version (mix B) since the project took me so long.
So here are the links, I also put the great original one online for reference since I couldn't find it on Csar's mp3.com.au page.
Csar - Papermoon's Glow (flaming mâché mix A)
Csar - Papermoon's Glow (flaming mâché mix B)
Hopefully you Csar happen to visit this thread soon, I know you have been waiting for just about anything for so long and I cannot state that the wait might have been worth it but when I promise something I will do it no matter how long it might take me :) Enjoy!
(the flaming mâché bit is just a twist on the original title and by no means a new artist name or anything)

I recently completed my ambient collab with my friend from North Carolina. It's called Dream Machine. Check it out!

Oh they are repetitive and sweet. Gotta love Myspace's sound quality. AAA+++ sound quality.
Next semester I'm taking a DJ'ing course and will be hanging out with people who are going to help me get started with that. QUITE EXCITED.

hi mikey, nice tune. i love the thick end synth sounds. although production wise i think they dominate a little too much. the hats and high freq percussion get a little drowned out. but still a great track and cool sounds going on. nice psychedelic vibes!
here's a random techno stomper i've just finished... its called You Don't Know Me

enjoy!

I'm really creative those days... Tonight I did... A remix of Britney Spears !
Kinda filtered house style :
http://benji.ng.free.fr/son/SBRK/Britney%20Spears%20-%20I'm%20a%20Slave%204%20U%20(SBRK%20Remix).mp3
On a negative note, the snare is purely awful...
