I agree with just about everything you said there, whirlygirl:) ! Most people in the UK are against war and even members of the Labour party (Bush's party) are disagreeing with Blair.

France, Germany, Russia etc are right, Powell can mock them all he wants but they don't want to be Bush's little puppies, unlike some people.

One more thing (promise!); although I criticise Blair, I think he deserves credit for talking to Bush and holding him back. If it wasn't for him, the war would have already started.

Its difficult not to have an opinion where I live. We seem to be in the centre of things.

Does that live photo on page on of this thread (with the colourful lights) remind anyone else of the cover for Dark side of the Moon?

I don't see a prism either... are you looking at your monitor or some Pink Floyd album covers ?

I like PF music. Very intelligent. Everyone should have at least one PF album at home.

I've got several PF records... of course, I didn't buy them... I happily inherited them from my parents on the terms that they can listen whenever they want ;D

I am not sure, but I guess my parents would not ask for my Pink Floyd albums or any other CDs in my collection. But I compiled a number of tracks for my dad, and he liked the booklet of EPD that much that he asked me to use two of the pictures from it as sleeves for the CD-R I compiled. 8)
