The interesting part:

For $12.99, Chems disciples will receive four weeks of fresh content. The rollout begins June 8 with a 51-minute film representing all the music and visuals, nonindexable to ensure that fans watch it in order as intended. That will be followed June 15 by a 20-minute "making of" documentary; the official release of the entire album June 22, including an extensive image gallery; and an unreleased track, "Pourquoi," June 29.
The entire 51-minute film is released June 8th. This, I have to assume, means that us Americans will be able to experience Further before the 22nd, legally, and with the visuals to boot. wOOT! And only us, it seems, the iTunes pass feature is US only.
The 9th chapter of the DVD comes June 15th (which we now know is 20 minutes long). Sneaks made a topic on this already, here.
The article says the official release on the 22nd comes with an "extensive photo gallery". Not sure what this could be. Liner notes, maybe? It's not mentioned anywhere on the actual Further iTunes Pass page:

Also, according to iTunes, half of the videos are a few seconds shorter than their resepective tracks (except for K+d+b, which is longer). Huh?
The big thing is Pourquoi, a new track out on the 29th. It's described as unreleased, so I bet it's Problem/Question. Secretly hoping for Crazy Cowbells, though! It's 6:02, in case if you were wondering.
I'm buying the pass. I'll be getting the CD/DVD release too, (for a quality Further experence) but this news does raise a few new questions. Anyway, lots of more iTunes exclusives. Thought that would make everyone happy.
ps The article also confirmed a 2011 tour:
