Well, all the kids have officially gone with us seeing Darkstarexodus off at the LA airport this afternoon...



Just wanted to say to everyone, thank you so much, it's been such a great time. And meeting you all and just hanging out and getting to know you was not only what I wanted, it's what I needed. And to think that if we didn't have the Chemical Brothers' music in our lives then stash and I wouldn't have had the opportunity to cross paths with such a lovely, funny, smart, and overall fucking cool bunch of people!



It's a beautiful thing.

Had such a great time in California, its been a real adventure for me and once again a privilege to be with such awesome, similar-musically minded people (think that makes sense!). It all seems pretty surreal now, its like "Was I really there?" - must be all the sleeping I've done in the last few days. Makes me feel a little sad too.



Now contemplating normalness - back to work on Monday, ah well :-|.



I'm sure another Chems board meetup isn't too far away, in fact I think I may have been persuaded by a board member to go to Barcelona!! 8O :)

Back home now and the flight went well, slept a bunch and all.



The two hours spent waiting for my flight at LAX were absolute hell. I was SOOOO strung out and coming down during that time, I didn't know what was going on. Messy, messy! :)



The past week+ was a really great time. It was awesome getting to see everyone again and getting down to Josh Wink's aciderific set. Special props to Whirly and 'stash for putting up with me even when everyone else had already left. X-D I had a great time: thanks guys!



Back to reality, I guess, and while I knew it was coming, can't help but wish the surreal life could have lasted a bit longer.

Darkstar, it's always a pleasure, you are welcome in our home anytime!



Glad to hear you made it back safe and sound, despite being a bit crispy around the edges. Next time, man. Next time when you make it back to California we'll be sure and take a trip out to Joshua Tree, maybe hit up an Indian casino. No matter how much time you think you have, there never seems to be enough...

me and glyn are on the navy pier in chicago - its a bit shit tbh, like thorpe park without any rides, but they have hagen dazs and coffee so im happy ;)



chicago is a wicked city, very buzzy and the buildings here are crazy. went clubbing on saturday night, it wasnt a patch on josh wink tbh the crowd were quite posy and the music was gayer thn daft punk, but he played some electro-clash lite in the middle and after a few (5 or 6) double vodka red bulls it was ok hehehe oh and we met some very nice irish girls as well, so that was cool 8)



managed to convince half our hostel to come out clubbing with us tonight (we fed some saudi boys some vodka at 7.00am sunday morning hahaha

battered) and we met some nice english dudes and dudettes too, so i think tonight is gonna be messy.



just sortin out flights to NY tomorrow, fuckin expensive but if we train it we're gonna lose a day. hmmm.



love to all - cant beleive it was 2 weeks ago we were in cali. :'( as said before i def wont be forgetting that weekend :)
