I love GOOD indian electronic music. There's not too much of it, but what I've heard I really loved. I could send you and your wife a CD (!) with some good indian electronic music which you'd have to share coz I can't send two CDs :(

Hey anType - I'd be up for some Indian grooves!

I think it's kind of funny toomuch'stash thought the Mid East strings in Galvanize sound all Bollywood!

i am the bollywood master, me being an indian and all. I don't think galvanize is bollywoodish in nature. it's just the arrangement of those strings resemble the mid-eastern tune(s).

I have more than 200 bollywood cds and dvds..anyone interested i can make some recomendations about some of the best bollywood movies and music.

I've got a recomendation for you; order a skip, put all the bollywood cd's in the skip.

basically you've said that we should never listen to your opinion on music ever again, because it's quite obvious you don't know what good music.

Bollywood Master!!!

I'd be up for knowing what's the best movies. There's an Indian/British market near my house that rents Bollywood movies of all sorts, so I have a means to see them. It'll give me another reason to go to the market, other than to stock up on Tango and samosas!

anType, you lookin for this?

I do love the camp factor of Bollywood flicks. It's all serious, then *bam*! There's a song and dance number out of the blue. I love it!

I also love the costumes. The fabric and flow are just to die for (then again, I'm a girl and I notice stuff like that.) If I could wear a sari every day and get away with it, I would.

haha they all look the same. It's all the comercial stuff that you guys are talking about. Bollywood loves music and to other people they might all sound the same but infact there are some very classy and interesting music. We have a rich history in art and culture and it shows in our movies. It's not that Bollywood can't make these big budget movies like Titanic or Jurrasic Park or whatever it's just that they choose to create a complete package movie. With music, drama, comedy all packed into one ...kindda like a chemical brothers record. ;-)

I also agree with everyone saying its crap. IT IS CRAP. but not all. Real bollywood fans know what to watch and what kindda music works. ;-)
