I hope there won't be any problems in France because of the many strikes we are facing now... Next Tuesday will be a total strike : no trains, no subways, no (public) school. I hate French lazy workers...

Oh man, i'm so bummed. It would have marked the next week's highlight. I was so close to my personal record seeing them 3 times in a year. All my gathered adrenaline must be getting released elsewhere soon then.

@Csar : they come in France on November 24th, but they played the day before in Belgium.

I really hope you can go to a later date, Csar. I'm sure it's something that just happened that was beyond anyone's control. Better to have the event well organized with the equipment there in one piece, up and running as it should - not thrown together all this-and-that. I am sure Tom and Ed will make it up to all who've been waiting for next week.

I guess it's a problem from the US customs. Because the gear could be shipped in time.

Simian Mobile Disco did cancel a show in Paris this year because the US customs had their passports and still didn't send em back...

US Customs? I don't understand. Was the equipment passing through the US at some point? The Chems were in S. America during the week of the 7th, so I'm not sure where US Customs plays into this.

There has to be more to the story.

Big disappointment,especially for such a great music city such as Berlin.However,next July,at that Zitadelle (looks amazing),high summer,it'll be mega.Maybe I'll go..........?!

Just out of curiosity would any of our German friends know if this new Berlin date coincides with the Love Parade??!!Ouch!
