Where have I been?! oh yeah.
Tampa, Italy, back to work (it's getting old now), school, not here. That wraps up my absent-ness over the past month (2 months?).
Where am I going? Rocky Mountains in a few weeks with the girlfriend, DJ shadow gig before that, back to work (zzzzz), school. Hope to jump in a lake at some point soon.
Who's off to Glasto this week? oh.....Happy solstice!

Good to hear that you're in a positive frame of mind despite adversity Jeanie! But reading your posts kind of made me sad!
I hear alot of conversations of people finding work and it tears my heart to imagine that people other than myself are in some misfortune or some bad time in their life because there's no financial life-raft available to them. By reading your last post, you have that thing where you can laugh at the problems that you face but have the courage (and looks
) to knock down those barriers that are holding you back. Just keep being proactive and keep a firm grip on finding those job ads! ser fuerte!

And if they wait 3 years before returning to Aus again like last time it'll be 2014 for me. I can't wait that long, looks like an OS trip sometime. We should make a global forum meet somewhere.

Just stumbled on "Come Inside" on the video of the 2005 Live in Trieste. I had actually forgotten the existence of that track, and how good it is. The visuals were damn cool too.

Yes, this is 42 seconds of them playing Got Glint! If only I could make out the visuals on these tiny screens behind them... it actually looks a lot like the visuals they used for Das Spiegel. Come to think of it wouldn't it be great if they brought this back after their next setlist change using those visuals, but recolored to green?

Seriously. There's so much YouTube footage from through the ages, it's overwhelming and hard to know where to start! Putting those videos here in this thread will mean that eventually they will be buried and lost within the pages of time. And that's no good. So I say go for it. Make different live footage threads (for different years/album eras) even.

Ha! The global forum meet-up! I need like a year and a half to prepare for that. But then we would all have to vote for which show or country to go to. And when that's done, someone who's is closer to the show will end up paying less than a person who is farther, (duh!) but in a sense, we should find a show that gives that right amount of equal distance of travel between all of us!

I get chills from the end of that CI vid, cause it blends into OOC!
I never said this before, but they should really really really really really really bring that transition back because it builds so much energy than any other transition I've ever seen them do live!

Another great live moment where Chemical Beats worked really well with it! And that live version of Got Glint I've never heard before which was a great find. I know they did it in 2000 in OZ but it was different. I can't remember the exact setlist for 2005 (Push The Button Tour though)
