Poo on you naysayers. A person can have their career and be a parent, too. Tom has a beautiful family with a wife and 3 kids and he's going strong, isn't he?
Ed's a sweet guy and I think he will make a great daddy! And I've never met Lily but if she's thrilled to be expecting then I am thrilled for her. The child will want for nothing and will have a good life. It's what any person with a heart should want for any child that is brought into this world.

I should be happy for ol Ed.... but I'm not. I can't help feeling, like what has already been said here, that this is the beginning of the end..
I can see it now. Lily will be pregnant, the Brothers won't tour or record and then the baby will be born black... Ed will do an angry solo album. :) Kidding!

Well excited for you both, Ed and Lily. I really hope this doesn't mean the end of the road for the Chemical Brothers but a man's got to do what a man's got to do.

I've met Ed a couple of times and hung out with him , and i can tell you he is an amazing person who cares about Lily very, very much.
Stop this bollox about ' beginning of the end ' Eds 37 for christ sake, he's a very caring man, i think becoming a dad is only a logical step ahead in his life. I love the Chems music as much as i love my boyfriend ( well no , i love him more than anything actually but u get the point ) but Ed and Tom deserve only the best.
I dont know Lily but i do know Ed and i'm honestly very happy for him, and for Lily. Fuck people who say " Uh she's only 22 " cause i think she has more life experience than most people double her age ;-)
