So looks like sony and warner in the U.S wont be buying some of the catalogue from EMI who need to raise £120 million in order to keep citibank from gaining control and selling to the highest bidder!
While parlophone are a subsiduary of EMI hopefuly they would be somewhat safe as they have a major list of well selling artists.
