So, name all the commercials that you've spotted a chemical brothers song in. I just saw one recently that had Leave Home in the background, which I thought was an odd choice with PTB out recently. I think it was for a Mazda SUV or something. K bye! (ND)

It was a Nissan commercial, I'm almost 99% sure of it. Nissan has employed Hoops to be the theme song to their year-end savings event the past couple years in a row. Kind of a bland commercial with bad graphics.

A cool commercial I've seen was one for Sirius satellite radio a year or two back. It looked like all these small, pointy, bouncy ball things hopping around on this cone shaped object which pulsed to the beat. The camera pans back, and the picture becomes more distinct - the pointed bouncy balls were actually particles of dust bouncing around a speaker to the tune of Galaxy Bounce. I wish I could find a link to that commercial, but I've had no luck so far.
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

Wow, that sounds cool, bouncing balls... of dust to the Galaxy Bounce.

Yeah, I remember those hoops comercials, Mostly because I had heard that commercial for ever and I didn't have CWU. When I got the CD, it drove me nuts 'cause I knew I'd heard it before. Then I saw the com and was like sweet! chems on tv... In America! W00t'N'such.

Air France used 'Asleep From Day' for a big series of tv commercials a few years ago and I think they still use them now. The "Surrender" CD is full of stickers that say "Features Air France TV Ad!!!!" and stuff like that X-D

There's already a thread about this; it's called Chemical Spotting.

Wow, you just reminded me of a video I watched in French class! It was incredibly wierd and had all of this music you would never hear on the radio down hear in America. Then, all of a sudden, Asleep From (To)Day came on and I was like, "Wait, that's British, wow I actually know someone who did these songs on this crazy ass video!"

I think the only thing more exciting than hearing a chemical brothers song is hearing one thats mass-heard by the public. But maybe that's because no one actually has heard of the Chems down here.
