Confirmed so far is the streets to headline the live arena, personally this is a bit crap, as they played in there in 2003!
It takes place on 28th May 1pm-6am at The Bowl, Matterley Estate, Nr. Winchester, Hampshire.Tickets ๏ฟฝ56.50 and are insale now.
No news of the chems yet but if you keep checking...
http://www.meanfiddl....asp?PageID=434
you can find out acts as there added.
I have the feeling the Chems will play it, everything is building toward homelands this year and them playing at 9.00pm in the live arena!

hopefully there will be a more complete line up coming up soon with the chems headlining, maybe a subliminal tent?? you know it make sence!!
A subiminal tent to replace radio1 stage would be great, and the chems headlineing outside would be great! I reckon homelands this year will either be amazing or poor compared to other years.

i wudnt mind seeing Pete tong on the line up, his sets are always quality, also what about a bit of a funky or soulful house tents? i love most types of house except hard X-D but most festivals dont represent this side of house, its all just bosh bosh bosh. I can understand that this type of music maybe isnt suited to the atmosphere in a massive tent, but surely they could sort something out! What about MAW, Frankie Knuckles, Morales, Satoshi Tomie, Danny Rampling, bobby and steve, CJ Mackintosh etc etc etc. Or even a Defected tent like Subliminal has.
That wud be awesome.
Dont think i'll be going to homelands this year, saving for my hols!!!
But i'm quite excited about Global Gathering, since its gona be a 2day event, meaning maybe i will get my funky tent!

But saying that their CD's are fucking awesome, you can't argue with that, I have their Past Present and Future Anniversary collection, and BS01 which they did for Trust the DJ, the latter cd is the probably the best cd i have ever bought from the funky side of house, apart from Frankie Knuckles - Motivation.
Going to see him at Basics in Leeds next saturday, CANT FOOKING WAIT!

but 2004 looked a lot better!! sanchez and fontaine!!
At first i wasn't sure about 2004 line up when the event was brilliant and im much prefered it to 2003.
Arena 1, 3 and 4 are very simular to last year. Arena 2 looks no way as good. At the moment im thinking that the outdoor stage could be where its going to be at.
Global should be brillant this year, but i dunno where everyone is gonna camp, last year musically it was great there but there was alot of twats there. Maybe the site will be changed? I wanna because its a 2 day event how this will change the festival?
