Yes Day 2 of the We are the night second part tour .

This was a proper evening, We drove up to Antwerp with my friend Dennis and Jeanie and Mippio. We had a nice meal and waited at the venue door, were we hooked up with Den_B, to get in. Horrid! For everything inside the venue you had to wait for so long. Cloackroom, drinks toilet. But we didn't came for that. No, all the people came for the Chemical Brothers concert. Sold out, 1 arena with 2 balconies, it was packed.

But instead of last night everyone was dancing. This gig was so much better than last night, maybe even the best of this tour, with Roundhouse as a close second. The setlist was the same as yesterday. Little changes were less the Big Jump, more Do it again, bigger bass on Nude night and more encore tracks. I had a wicked evening, I'll be leaving "ooohs" and "aahs" for Mipps and Jeans.

Amazing set, little comparable to werchter set but better. Liked it alot, vibe was in the arena.

I'm really excited by this revelation you made about this gig and the Roundhouse. We all read how awesome the Roundhouse was and if this gig was better as you claim, then holy crap. :lol: I know I'm babbling...

A word from the designated driver for Jos, Jeanie and Mippio.

From the three gigs i've seen this year(Tilburg and Amsterdam as well), this was deffinatly the best. Even the best for me so far of all Chems gigs I was lucky enough to witness!!

Like my friend jos said, the venue was shitty outside, but once the brothers started the chemistry was all around us!!

Really one of the best live performances i've seen ever!

Please do go on this way and come back soon to the Netherlands, for there is no doubt in my mind that we will be there again, and again, and again....

wicked wicked night!!!!!! I was really happy!! really cool to see Joslyn, Jeanie, Mippio again. And ofcourse the other Dennis. review is coming, and I need a audiocleaning program because I recorded the show but 90% is BOOMBOMKRAAAAK (intro,sta intro,watn intro, su intro are the only good ones) lol recorded it with the microphone of my mp3 player... and I ran into ed and tom after the show.. muahaaa.. more to follow!

woke up this morning to the phone blaring. mumbled some abuse at mips and told to sod off, he'd woken me up with a start...I'd call him later..

came to and called back and quickly realised that the gig was last night and not this evening as I'd thought. he had an amazing time - said he'd call with a full report when they got back to Jeanies but from the sketchy details I got it sounded like a top night.

And Den_B, I'm truly glad you decided to go to the gig. Big hugs man, you've had a rough week, a hard 12 months so this gig is a beacon of hope that next year will be better for you. And you got to meet the boys, too!
