so ive just gotten my delivery from amazon, and after getting over the (as usual) beautiful packaging i find my self in the most geeky of dilemmas...further has none of the catalogue numbers from the previous releases for example chemsdxx/chemstxx/xdustlpxx etc.
so is this to do with the fact they are now signed to parlophone,and the cat numbers were all from the emi era? although they were all on the chems own label freestyle dust,which they still are so surely the cat numbers can continue in that form. the only other thing i can think of is that because further is a new direction from the previous albums, so they want a fresh break from everything from the emi era....
or the guy who worked out the cat numbers was sick the day this album came accross his desk....
