Slipvin, wait til Darkstarexodus gets ahold of this thread!! He's going to go completely buck wild with the recommendations. For someone who's still relatively young, his knowledge of beer far surpasses that of many of his elders.
Anyway. My favorite beer ever is Lindeman's Framboise.
Compared to heavy stouts and heartier varieties, I call this beer a girlie drink in the sense it's a lambic fermented with rasperries. But it's good, reeeeeeal good - a nice dessert drink that almost fizzes like champagne and feels and tastes sweet on the tongue. It's not meant to be swigged and chugged down for the purpose of getting completely wasted, it's meant to be savored. And chicks dig it. It goes real well with chocolate.
A close second is the Peche Lambic which has slightly more body than the framboise, but it's very sweet and peachy and has that nice lambic fizziness. There's also cherry lambics (which are good although not my favorite) and blackcurrant lambics too which are nice and tart.
There's another lambic that I really dig, but I've only been able to find it once. A banana lambic. My god, that stuff's the bomb!!
And there you have it.

Not at home right now, but tomorrow I'll dig out the beer list (currently at 182 different types in the past 13 months, if my memory serves). Many of them turned out to be crap, but there are many I feel privileged to have tried.
Haven't found Grimbergen, but Chimay Blue and Piraat are both great.

I'm really into drinking Fruli's which is a strawberry beer and makes you feel like such girl! No man would want to be caught drinking that especially with the glass they give you it in!
Also I really love Magners Cider on a hot day... But I really would pretty much drink anything if its alcohol! Bloody Students!

You all alcoholic bastards, DRINK WATER, shame on you, especially you whirly :?
;-)
Trust me, I don't drink much anymore these days. My alcohol intake is greatly moderated.
Way too many empty calories - so when I do drink it better be something good and something to be savored, which is why I like that framboise so much. Don't feel the need to drink pint after pint plus I hate the bloated nastiness I feel the next day after drinking in excess.
Funny people are bringing up the water quality in Mexico. Montezuma's Revenge!! Good lord Jeanie, I gotta say I love your honesty!
