I'm also down for an after party. Whoever has the biggest room within walking distance, haha. I seriously doubt people will be driving 'home' from Chicago after an experience like this. In fact, I'd be willing to bet that if you're not ready for sleep, then you'll be ready to keep partying. ;)

First saw the brothers at First Ave in hometown MPLS Minnesota, I've been waiting forever to see them again. Staying at the City Suites on Belmont, kinda spendy, but I stayed there in the spring for a Bright Eyes concert, and I dig the area, lots of good food joints, record shops and other ill shit around there. I heard Ladytron might be opening? meh. Only heard bad things about thier live stuff. Anyone else heard anything about openers?

yeah, i think they will go on at 9-9:30ish. Cause I think the sound curfew for the venue on a week night is at 11:00PM and they need it vacated by Midnite.

Hey Tom, Hey Ed
Please come to The Green Mill after the show in Chicago next week.
You're only doing 6 shows in the country, and right up the street is the very first jazz club ever opened in the world. Hope to see you there.

Allright, I have been putting it off long enough. Here is what my plans are for the the chems show. Lets see if we can meet up:
The basics:
Venue - Riviera
Address - 4746 N. Racine Chicago, IL
Date/Time - Monday, Sept 24th. Doors open at 6:30
What I would like to happen:
Meet up at my place at 2:45
Leave Bloomington/Normal at 3 PM.
Arrive in the area around the Riv by 5:30 / 5:45 PM (taking into consideration traffic and whatnot).
Meet a few of the forum members at the starbucks across the street from the Riv. (maybe do some ninja drinking).
Go in at 6:30 - … the chems go on around 8pm and will more than likely play until 11:30 or so.
From there, whatever. Drive back, stay in the area and do stuff, or whatever else might suit your fancy.
Let me know if anyone else is interested in meeting up at Starbucks... I figure it is the closet and easiest place to meet up right before hand.
See you on Monday!!!

Starbucks seems to be the place!
I'm looking forward to crossing paths and saying hello to a few of my fellow "brothers".
My friend and I are both in our early 40's and have been into the band well over 10 years.
He's flying up from Dallas and I'm taking a short flight from St. Louis.
If you see a couple older guys that look slightly out of place, please come up and say hi.
Bosco, I think I'll recognize you!
See you Monday!!!!
