What do you reckon out of the following? The track you can sit down and relax to most on a sunday after noon?
Chico's Groove
One Too Many Mornings
Alive Alone
Lost In The K-Hole
Where Do I Begin
Asleep From Day
Dream On
Star Guitar
The State We're In
Close Your Eyes
Surface To Air
I think many of the tracks that I havnt included could be conidered chilled out. But the reason I havnt included tracks such as The Sunshine Underground is because I find it hard to classify them.
My peronal fave is Surface To Air, the intro is just perfect. Also a fan of Where Do I Begin. I really think that the chems work with Beth is really very stand out. I hope they work with her in the future.

If You Kling To Me I'll Klong You
Otter Rock
Chico's Groove
One Too Many Mornings
Where Do I Begin
Asleep From Day
Lost In Th K-Hole
Close Your Eyes
The Test
Pioneer Skies (even though I think it's too short!!)
...and there's more but given that it's one of my favorites, a strong mention here for I Think I'm In Love remix (vocal and instrumental)

well i also wouln't rate Lost In The K-Hole as a chillout thing, to me it's got more of a post-psychedelic-funk track.
If there's something like a chillout song than it's One too many mornings, asleep from day, alive alone, orange wedge, and where do i begin...
anyway, it's easily hard to put them into a category at all

The test ...
and the boxer(DFA version) this track is just really funky and soft on the ears... it makes me feel like the wind is riding down my back as I drive down the interstate, a beautiful feeling and the vocals i feel work better in this version than the original.

As others have suggested, many of the tracks listed I would have a hard time calling "chillout" music. While blissful, Star Guitar and Surface to Air I would certainly not "chill" to. These tunes take me away in a euphoric, not narcotic, sense.
My picks would probably have to be Alive Alone, Dream On, or Spring.

As I orginally said, its hard to classify them into one main style each, and not all tracks were included that people could interpret as chill out and some were included that may be conisdered not to be chill out.
However surely a track does not have to be a chill out track for someone to relax and feel chilled out to it. I can quite easily relax to the likes of Surface To Air and Star Guitar, which I do consider chill out. I know its personal preference but how can these tracks not be relaxing, there hardly pounding acid house?

Ok so lets asking me the way 'round, are you chilling at a chems gig when star guitar is being played or do rocking your soul out of ya body? X-D
