I actually asked some people their opinion about the matter so its not like i just ' did it '. I am concerned of what people think of my actions.

I personally believe that radio rips such as this should be public domain and, so long as no commercial benefit is obtained, I think the law backs me on this.



That being said, Tom has expressed discontent in the past over such issues and, purely out of respect for him and Ed and their views on the matter, I think open links should not be posted.



Forum members who would like to share the rip among themselves I think should be able to do so, but open links invite file-sharing 'tards to spread subpar quality rips to circulate around the internet.

Ok man, I respeck your opinion but I would like to have it out with Tom and make him see it from my point of view (views expressed above). Personally i'm not to concerned with Toms feelings, he makes amazing music yes but he isn't my mummy and I can have my music as loud as I want.
