This site is really great, it's just little things aside from the forum here and there that need attention. The functionality of this forum needs some severe modifications.
As for the forum, well - we all know and have opinions. But hey at least all the old content from the past boards were saved which is a good thing. Trying to be positive...

-I would like a quote button
-easier to put pictures in the signature (a browse button)
-the smiley face option
-cut the 30 second stop out in the chronicles
-a search button
-maybe a game section (Galvanize! The Game)
-maybe a "chemical radio" whre it plays a random chemical brothers song and the option to skip to the next song
- when going to a forum subject, go to the newest page (hate pushing the tiny buttons)
and last but least The Avatars!!!!!

don't think they'd be able to make a browse button for the sigs, unless they're willing to give up space to host them.
Isn't the 30second thing so the chronicles can load?
there is a search thing somewhere, can't remember who put it up or where though.
As for the rest, wouldn't it be nice.

Couldn't they just take the quality down to radio quality? like, 96k, and give us the full track? What's the legality of that, maybe?

-I think we should add the wallpapers that the Japanese website have.
-Maybe a fan art section (the sig I made myself):)
-Also show on every page who's on like the Forum section.:)

I think it would be great if this site had some wallpapers, too. Little goodie grab bags for us and people stopping by.
A fan art section could be fun, but I don't know if that would warrant an official spot on Chems webpage... same goes for an official spot for the music heads to flaunt their own musical creations. Chemicalfire_07, your sig you created is super, it's really cute! It's just... awwww!! :lol: There's others here that are creative in that or a similar aspect. It's just a matter of starting a thread like the Post Your Music Here thread to flaunt your stuff. That is what the forums are for - it's for us, really.
I think despite the painfully annoying shortcomings of this forum (and god does it ever get on my nerves!!), a lot of consideration was taken in preserving the content of the Chemical Brothers message board since its inception over 4 + years ago. It's sort of like a living history, and lots of good times and friends came from having the boards - and people in charge know that. We were really worried it was all going to go away when a new website was designed.
As for the administrator, he is missing in action. The only thing keeping peace n'order (sometimes with an iron fist) are the mods. :P
