That's not the font, that's a terrible copy.
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

when looking for fonts, I came across this, it does relate because of what it's called http://www.1001fonts...tml?font_id=693
