Was at the second Soulwaxmas show this weekend and here are my thoughts on Erol once again dropping 'pleasure'.
It is an intense track for a dancefloor. He started it by dropping the synth stabs in with the previous track and juggling between the two for a few moments. I felt as though he was playing it to slow and was to heavy on the bass to let it truly shine. The Warehouse Project version of it is we're I think it sounds best. That version gives the 'pleasure' feeling best as it is slightly faster, leaves out the heavy bass, and lets you ride the highs longer (as a good orgasmic feeling should be). I was waving my hands to the synth stabs like a fool and mouthing along to the sample for the whole time. Half the crowd was dancibg hard to it, the other half was being british and was more interested in talking with friends/potential hookups rather than pay attention to Erol. Overall it was exciting to hear this track live while it is in the infancy stage where few people outside the bros themselves, select djs, or us forumies know about it.
