Chemicalmat, I got the same impression on that track. Reminded me a lot of the animal song in some aspects. But I'm not sure either about your tits thing

right had a look last night.
the hot chip edit is a cut up of erotic drum band's action 78 not patrick cowley as I guessed (both ace tracks mind, check out the paul raymond disco edits)
oh and track 7 is nate williams - club patrol on sex trax. it's the roy davis jr mix they play.

DAAA... on that unknown song after the Popof remix @ slightly after the 4 minute mark... DAAAAMN!
I was studying, but when that crazy build up started, my brain just slowed down. Then those banging drums stopped me in my tracks and I started headbanging without any idea at all! Then I felt like I was going to throw up all these little Snickers I'd been munching on. HAHA!
... but I digress--this pleases me. Mad props for the upload!

yeah, thanks for the upload!!! the supposed new chemtracks are very strong in my opinion (maybe chemical7 well be named "underground")
for the set: i don't like the beginning, cause no need is much slower than buisness acumen and you can hear that, when they pitch up no need to get a fine segue to the in flagranti track...that doesn't work for me personally...base6 or HIA are far better to begin that set...the following segues, the tracklisting and the edits of various songs are worth saying: damn, what a nice mixtape!!!

Wow...so much time that i don't post on this forum. Whirly nice review, really really enjoy it !
Well, the last track is really nice. For me, it contains the best introduction with "Sunshine Underground" " We are the night" & "Burst Generator". Really emotionnal at the start, and a nice energy. It gives such power ! Don't really enjoy the middle but the first 4 minutes are great. 9/10 because the intro is allready a classic !

Thank you trainspotters!! :) And I'm glad you liked my review, Owa - it felt good to sort of relive it the next day as I was writing.
I loved that they played No Need. I know it's their own tune, but it was so random and unexpected that they put it in the set. I like surprises! :D Just earlier that day I texted Bosco to tell him that stash and I were at the venue and he texted back saying No Need To Rush. The universe definitely unfolded as it should have at the moment they played No Need, haha.

During that Sunglasses at Night song - there are these noises in there I described in my first post in this thread... these clanging metallic sounds. In short they sound like nitrous oxide on wax (if that makes any sense at all - probably not). Anyway you can hear them at about 20 seconds into Sunglasses at Night, again around 3:20 mark and then again that noise is pushed to the max around the 4:50 mark. Are those part of that remix or song or are those noises something Tom and Ed tweaked about with and threw in just to mess with our heads?
The bootleg is of decent quality but it doesn't do those sounds justice. They honestly freaked me out, they were so engulfing as though they were swallowing up everything in a vortex. I was well hydrated, wide eyed and sober and I honestly felt faint during those noises, haha.
OK. I'm listening to the last song. Again. Damn it's so damn good. Hot damn!

I first heard that track in Brother_Ging's sets, and I've loved it ever since. It was --AMAZING-- to hear the Chems drop that... I couldn't believe how fucking immense it sounded on a proper system with a huge crowd raving to the music.
Man, they did manage to transport the Sahara tent to an amazing place for an hour and a half.
Once again, Tom & Ed, you killed it!

If I remember correctly, Mr. Uploader had his mic in his hat and was about 75 feet from the stage. It was also his first Chemical show ever! What a kick-ass way to make a first impression, and to share it with us!
I still get shivers of excitement on the last track!
BTW! I like that part where it slows down.

@Profunk... I came to this thread to see if that incredible raver they dropped after Sunglasses At Night had a name. I don't know what to think: on the one hand, it doesn't seem to be a released song (If it is, SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IT IS). On the other, there's a good chance that it's a new Chems track, and a monster at that. While I'm also fond of this 10min "last track", I think that this one blows it out of the water by far and could easily be the first single off Chemical7.

I completely agree. I put both the "last track" and "after 'Sunglasses At Night' track" on my ipod and the latter comes out on top after many listens.
I believe someone mentioned that it sounds a bit like "Problems" aka The Animal track at around 5:24, particularly similar to the bass line in this video: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=w0zrp5JhyAU
Mmmmm, I love that video btw.
I have much enthusiasm to here the above mentioned song :)

The 'After Sunglasses' song is definitely a stormer, yeah? I sure do wish I knew what it was called, Champi!
The last track sounds and feels most definitely Chems. I'll eat my hat (and everyone else's too) if it's not. :P
Anyway, if 'After Sunglasses' is in fact a Chems song - which is seeming more and more likely since it still has yet to be identified and it too feels Chemical - then I liken both that and the Last Track to the feelings I get when I listen to EBW's 8 and 9. 'After' feels dark and twisted and a bit evil and dirty, sort of like how EBW 9 feels. And that Last track (which just makes me feel so damn good n'happy every time I hear it) gives me the same euphoria that EBW 8 seemed to ooze.
*sigh*
