the shipping costs from over there are insane, as I found out when I tried to mail back those mushy kits I bought and that I ended up smuggling through customs.

No, you can get the stuff with wormwood extract (technical name 'Thujone') in britain now... they changed the law about 6 or 7 years back.

you should pick up one of the melting spoons on the sebor site too. i was using a melon baller the last time but the little hole is too small to let the liquid sugar drip through. i like absinth for the ritual more than the drinking of it, its like rolling a spliff!

the guy i work with bough lunch, so I had this burrito that was the size of an infant.

Found out that the Czech stuff isn't real "absinthe", it's actually "absinth". This goes for all Czech product. It's a similar but different drink actually invented in the 90's as far as anyone can tell. Thujone isn't present in sufficient quantities to be psychogenic in any legal absinth or absinthe drink.
