Inspired by a number of posts that express a dire need for some North American Chemical love, I'm starting the official Chems at Coachella 2006 petition.

Even if you're not likely to make out to southern California, if you support the notion of the Chems satisfying our desperate need for some live loving and fucking excellent acid house, please sign your name to this post.

Tom & Ed, even if you don't tour the rest of North America (not that I would discourage you from doing so), I really hope you can make it out to Coachella next year. Seemed like you two had a good time this year; we'll make it an even better one next time around.

(And if you guys chat with Rick and Karl from Underworld, can you ask them to come along, too? :D )

Thanks,

Darkstarexodus

This year at Coachella 2005, I was one of the ones screaming at the top of his lungs, "WE LOVE YOU TOM AND ED!" I, and so many other people in my life, would love it if they came back. I've been yearning to see another show in the U.S., but if the most I have to do is wait until next April to see them, I can handle that.

SO MUCH LOVE FOR THE BROTHERS OVER HERE IN S.F.!!!!

I'd sign this a million times, but once should be enough. :)

Even a dj set will be cool if they couldn't swing a full on live set. Maybe road test some new material like they did at Coachella before Come With Us came out... that would be sweet.

Plus we could have another meet up, another excuse to party is always a good thing. X-D

I'd love to see a live set at Coachella either followed or preceded by a DJ set in LA. I crave the live visuals and The Reel at Coachella, but especially as I've been digging BGWIO so much lately (listening to it now at my girlfriend's) I'd jump at the opportunity to see Tom & Ed DJ at a great club.

Ooooo. A "surprise" dj set. Like I said when we were at Spundae, I'd give anything to see them spin at that club. The sound is just so great there, and there's a good mix of people who show up.

I've seen them spin at Coachella and Audiotistic, but I've yet to see them dj at a club. I think it would be a good night out!!

That would be a great club to see them at Whirly, with a really good crowd from what I could tell.

I went mental when that DJ dropped 'Get Yourself High' there.

Oh, that Get Yourself High was a good moment.

I thought you and stash were going to sneak off with the cute little dj who dropped that tune!

Coachella was definitely the highlight of my summer, the Chemical Brothers set especially. In my mind, I'm already back in the Sahara Tent.
