Uploading now. mmmMMmmMmMMm!!
But I'm resisting the temptation to listen, just like I've been holding off for a long while now on hearing the Munich bootie. I want it all to sound new and fresh and all that good stuff on Saturday. teehee

What goes on here?! Are the rar files at megaupload the same as the mp3 at mixingbowl? What the difference between the mp3 and the flac, both at mixingbowl? (apart from file size obviously!) Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC) is a file format for audio data compression. Being a lossless compression format, FLAC does not remove information from the audio stream, as lossy compression formats such as MP3, AAC, and Vorbis do.

1) a rar file is like a zip file, you need to extract the files within. If there is more than one part of a rar file (such as in this case) you need to download and extract both. (You can't extract part two if you don't have part one)
For windows, you can download "Winrar", for Mac you can use "RAR Expander" and if you're using Linux, just right click the file and select "Extract Here"
2) can't help you here
3) news as in what? there are a few threads here about the brooklyn show. I even wrote a review about it.
4) Most shows are all age events, a few are 18 and over and very few are 21 and over (such as chemical brothers dj sets at clubs like the one at centro-fly back in the days)

Gillenium and Mario - Thanks for the info I will try it out...
and the info on the Brooklyn show I was looking for was anyone posting a audio copy somewhere.
As far as age, I was the almost-41-year-old front and center guy in Brooklyn, plus I was alone (see how many Chem Brother fans you know when you're that age!) so I was uncomfortable til the show started, but it was all well worth it. I was actually there to see Ladytron and considered Chem Bros to be a bonus (had a few cd's, but not all). Now I'm really hooked. They need a live 5.1 dvd out (unless they already do and I'm just not aware).
