It's a Belgian review and the play Werchter in Belgium next week. You gave me the scare of the year with your "playing in the Netherlands next week"
It seems the reviewer is more "modern" dance music orientated saying the Chems can't compete with the dubstep rage like Chase and Status are playing. It's like saying "Prodigy sounds dated but Pendulum is great".
But I gave a similar review in the past the Chems live have a tendency to lift you up and bring you down without realy climaxing. It's: Do it again - Another World - Hey boy hey girl - Star guitar - Believe - Saturate (I know this is not the actual setlist, just an example). I have to wait and see and hear what it will be in 1,5 weeks time at Werchter

sorry man I mixed that up i am too busy currently to distinguish between this review (in Dutch) being a Belgian or NL one. don't know how I even manage to spend so much time here. I will still edit my earlier post and pretend I'd never said anything as to NL

It's a bummer when someone doesn't like a show. I guess not everyone is going to enjoy and opinions are fine and all that. But the 'two guys with laptops' comment is just plain lazy. Come on!!
