Ah, sounds like someone is fearful for their own job or of their own ability and scared of the competition... Sit tight, be patient and your revenge will come! (Not that I'm vindictive or anything...)

Good god, Gillenium, I'm sorry to read about your troubles. It's easier said than done but, try and Hang in there!! It's still early in the year and I hope things look up for you in the coming weeks and months.

This past weekend for me was a bit sucky to say the very least - a lot of fucking personal crap and personal drama. Seriously, my cup runneth over ...

I'm also frustrated with stash's surgeon (sorry Pooter, I know he looks like you n'all!) There was a round of doctor visits we went to yesterday and it turns out the surgeon didn't exactly conduct the necessary pre-operative procedures that he should have. And obviously this really, really fucking pisses stash and me off especially when, out of desperation, you put all your trust and hope into a doctor's care.

More tests on Thursday - at this point we've resigned ourselves to the fact that what stash has can likely be treated if constantly monitored, but is not 100% curable.

OK, now that this month has been blown to smithereens, here's hoping February is better.

But at least we got a new president today. :)

@Graysquire--thanks man.

@Whirls--Nooooo! Not Dr. Pooter! How could he fail you like that? I'm sorry to hear that Stash isn't 100% curable. :-( I wish you both nothing but the best, of course.

I had a few words with the attorney today and I think I stood my ground. She's still a bitch, though. Fuck.

@inchemwetrust: Sorry to hear about your roommate, man. :-(

@prochem: just spray it with mandarin vodka and lick it off. :)

Me: I'm fucking frustrated because a fucking attorney started yelling at me in my office yesterday for not getting a 34 page brief with 19 exhibits done -exactly- when he wanted it to be done even though it didn't -have- to be filed until hours later. Thirty four fucking pages that I have to take care of by myself. Some people don't read thirty four pages in three weeks, yet I have to make sure it's written in perfect fucking English on top of a whole bunch of other shit. And I stay until midnight the day before and get in an hour early the day of to make sure the shit gets done and nobody seems to give a fuck how hard I work.

Fuck that.

Call in sick!

I give a fuck on how on hard you work sir! You deserve longer lunches, female-asian backrubs, happy hours on your time and giving your work to someone else to do it. I'd be pissed too! Where does this attorney live :)

I always tell people who work that they should never expect any appreciation of any kind. That stuff is only seen on TV. I also don't prefer to stay the long hours as well but when stuff isnt getting done, I have to stay till it gets finished, and the teamwork has been lacking so far this week.

Hang in there Pooter!

Ugh, I'm sorry you got yelled at, Pooter.

There are some things that really degrade a person's self worth, and being berated by some hopped up boss that can't at least recognize the hard work that goes into the end result is one of those things.

I really hope that guy didn't pull a Christian Bale and yell at you in front of your work associates. Boo on workplace bullying!

I am frustrated that I keep procrastinating... Have an evaluation on a 7-week research paper on Thursday and I haven't finished my first draft yet and I have no motivation to work on it. Gah! So, basically just frustrated with my own bad habits.

Some mother fucker almost hit me with his car today while I was crossing the street in a crosswalk. He was turning left from a one-way street, so there was no need for him to hurry. He could have stopped, even.

I yelled "WHAT THE FUCK!?!" at the top of my lungs in my scary-man voice. I seriously felt like running after him and kicking out his tail lights.

I never want to hear a Pooter scary-man voice. :(

That's freakin scary, though. Did the guy drive off acting oblivious or did he flip you off and say "fuck you" as if it was your fault (like they do here in Orange County)?

He just drove off acting oblivious. I really wanted to throw my chicken lemon soup at him, but it was too gooooooooood...
