I think the reason is that the Get Yourself High single was released a few months later than the Singles CD and DVD, and so they might not have even had the video finished yet or that at least they didn't want to release it before the single.

ACIDCHILDREN, you *have* to see the Get Yourself High video!! It's on my Get Yourself High single, an enhanced cd. (the one I have was printed in the EU - it's not an American release, I'm not sure if the viddy is on an American release.... anyway.)
