Ohhhhh, right right. I forgot you're not moving here until later. Well, if you're around for Halloween, though, and it can be managed, definitely come along for the electronic ride, man.

@Vorpalstorm: Just confirmed with my roommate that she's -not- going, so there is probably going to be room in my car.

@inchemwetrust: In the least, we should meet up for a drink beforehand. At the most, we'll rave on that night!!!!

The time has come to say adios!

Just for a week or more, going on vacation. Still undecided where to go, but im glad I made it through the last 4 months of work.

I'm discovering the 'mouse' right now, so I can give myself more then 3 reasons to go to the Hard Mansion. Maybe even where the 'Flatnose' Make-up!

:love is all:

Nice! Have an awesome trip, wherever you end up going. Vacations are such a necessity.

My reasons for going to the lamely named Hard Haunted Mansion, and in this order: SMD, Soulwax, Justice, Deadmau5, Boys Noize.

Did I mention that I worked for 70 hours last week? It was fucking exhausting.

The weekend was a little rough, but I can't believe how well I managed. Saturday I went to work for ten hours, then headed straight to a club after work, danced until 3 AM, ate Indian food afterward, then went home and crashed at about 5. I got up five and a half hours later and worked a twelve hour day, only to go home, get three hours of sleep, then wake up and go to work the next day for another day of work, which thankfully was a normal workday.

Ahh! The advantages of youth.

I remember doing that stuff like clockwork. The ability to cram as much stuff to do in single day still mystifies the boundaries of keeping your eyes open. But then again, if I was not doing the 'get off-at work at 9pm and then go clubbing till 4am and then go back to work at 5am' routine, it wouldn't be fun! Anyways, Glad to be back!

HAHA! OJ's going to prison!

Hmm XP!

I tried Vista, but made some of my programs close out too many times, so I'm back good ol XP with SP2

Did you reinstall the OS or just drivers?

Speaking of vacation, I just got back from Vegas and I dread of going back to work on monday.

I had to reinstall the whole thing... all those stolen music, photo, burning applications, gone! I cannot wait to get a new computer, this one has had some pretty unusual flaws...

The good news is that I am not dead! Again!

Back from Atlanta and sad that I had to leave a house full of awesome buddies behind, but happy to see some buddies back here in good 'ol crazy California.

I actually get back home wednesday night, but have been too, er, out of it to really check up on some of my routinely visited sites, including this one. And I wish it had been jet lag.

Long story short, I tried -- well, not exactly pot, as it was in the form of brownies, therefore it was pretty much just THC. And I had too much, so I had an incredibly bad trip and it's been kinda crazy recovering from it. What's insanely good is that both parents were fine with it and were alerted before I ingested it, so they've been helping out. But damn.

But how are things on the other side of the pond. I been pretty good so far and I think everybody here is pretty much the same.

A craving for 'chemical brownies' Vorpal!

Glad your back from ATL, But it's all about the West Coast :)! Hard Mansion is just around the corner too!

Hmm...No Chems show for NYE.....yet!

@VorpalStorm: Ooh, bummer man! I've had that happen before. A bit of advice with the THC: A little goes a long way.

There are a lot of stoners out there who absolutely love to get high, and I'm all for relaxing, indeed. However, I've found that most people enjoy dabbling their feet in the pool rather than taking a cannonball off the diving board.

My experiences where I've taken said dive using a gravity bong have been, well, unmemorable, in that I'd rather not remember them. Too much makes me turn absolutely inward and antisocial, focusing on my life in ways where I don't feel open, creative or positive. But there is an interesting middle point where you do trip out and have some really interesting mind-wanderings.

My advice on the brownies is that it's best to eat half or a quarter of what you're given. Brownies don't cook evenly, so you could end up hitting a pocket of weed butter that's saturated with THC, turning an otherwise mild afternoon into a fuzzy coma.

I'm glad your parents are okay with it--most parents wouldn't be. My mom caught me smoking weed in my back yard with my friends and my parents grounded me for a day, but other than that they didn't come down on me too hard. My parents were okay with it as long as they didn't see it... Teeheehee...

Anyway, I hope your bad experience didn't sway you off of the drug forever, because it can be a rather pleasant experience with the added bonus of an interesting perspective on things, not to mention some health benefits which appear to be increasing with new studies being released every year.

On a different note, I spent the weekend in Oregon visiting my girlfriend and having a well-deserved relaxing time. One of her friends is, for lack of a better word, a slut, but she is quite a charmer, nonetheless. Apparently she was getting nailed in the bathroom around two in the morning and she had had a number of jello shots that night. About halfway through the sex, she launches over to the toilet and throws up. Not to be bothered, she then stumbles to the sink, rinses out her mouth, swishes around some toothpaste and says, "Okay, I'm ready to go again."

And although I did get mine that night, indeed, it still would have been fun to end up in the bathroom with her, not to mention horribly entertaining...

@Biff: Oh, and I'm glad your computer is okay and you're not dead. :)
