Yesterday i received the reissues of EPD, DYOH and surrender. Very pleased with them, the remastered sound is so much better than the originals!

Japanese reissues, you can buy them on amazon uk or on ebay. I think Exit Planet Dust is the most worthwhile! If i listen to In Dust We Drust i get goosebumps, the bleeps are so clear!

no, I only found it on vinyl. though I swear I saw it on cd back in 2004 there when I was younger and foolish. It might have been My mercury mouth though. But now that I have that on vinyl as well I'm partially more set.....

What a surprise to find the japanese remastered Dig your own hole at the Fnac in Paris for only 21€. The vinyl-style packaging is really cool. Although I can't really hear a difference between the remastered and old version.

Why do we need a remastered version? They just cranked up the sound a bit. At least The Orb reissued a couple of their albums with a bonus cd full of hard-to-find and unreleased songs.

They didn't crank up the sound, it's clearer.

And it's a fact that the japanese are known for better quality cd's.

better quality, better selection, but more expensive on new items (Especially domestic albums!) The japanese know how to do things right. Why must I live in sub-saharan afika-ka-ka-ka-ka-ka.........
