Hi all, jus joined the forums.....going to amsterdam 28th June to watch chem bros on the 29th have seen them 2ys ago at apollo in manchester had am awsome night...never beed to amsterdam so excited is an understatement. I am however taking my boyf and need you guys to help me out....he has not listned to much of the chem stuff although he really likes the test and let forever be...he's asked me to do him a compilation of stuff to listen to before we go amsterdam at the end of this month so any suggestions? Also is this gig gonna be sold out? Maria x

You could perhaps just put together a compilation based on the curret live set, just to let your fella know what he's likely to be hearing? Perhaps mix the order up though so he doesn't know what's coming next at the actual gig!

Maria, you really wanna get accomo sorted in Amsterdam ASAP. Very popular place to visit, Chems or no Chems. We only did ours last week and were hard pushed to find anything at a decent price.

The setlist is detailed elsewhere here, but off the top of me head - mix in the first 6 tracks from'We Are The Night', plus track 8. Then from Singles 93-03 include the likes of Chemical Beats, HBHG, Out of Control, Star Guitar and Golden Path. Then Galvanize, Believe and Surface to Air from Push the Button. And then you're 90% of the way there. Oh, and try and include 20seconds of New Order's Temptation on any compilation! Hope that helps.
