We all want new music, so give it some time. The last tour they had was a long one.

There was an interview with the Bothers that was fairly recent and they said they had some great ideas 'for the next album'.

So give it a little time. :)

(this is usually a good time to listen to the chem's albums/live stuff in chronological order over the next few weeks/months to reminisce over the chem-love you've developed, where you think it'll go next [which will inevitably be wrong cause you can't formulate these guys], and by the time you're listening to WATN or Brotherhood excessively, there will surely be some airing of a new track on radio 1, which will be preceded by a phone interview with Tom or Ed, followed by Tong raving over the last minute of the track....)

I'd rather have them take the next five years to put out the most amazing album of all time rather than to have them rush something in the next year that isn't quite up to Chemical standards.

Were pretty much on T and E's timetable right now. Im not in a hurry or anything like that. As far as i'm concern, they're still on vacation and enjoying the freedom outside the studio.

But if I had to make a guess, I would probably expect something in some shape or form in late summer/early fall. Maybe a remix or a DJ set, but no new releases or live shows this year.

We feel ya, brother_ging. We're all hungry for some new tunes and I am confident that once they are polished and perfect and ready for our consumption, the hunger pangs of waiting will have been worth it.

maybe they'll finally make vol.2 of the b-sides on itunes and include some new behind-the-furniture material, silver drizzle still rocks my socks

I would have to agree with inchemwetrust, I don't think there will be any new material this year. They finished a long tour and are getting their well deserved rest.

dont think we'll see any new material till summer 2010. ed has already that there maybe no more EBWs, brotherhood completed the series
