And this was out of nowhere...
There was so many rumors saying that the lineup would be out at 5pm today, but nothing happened. I checked the Coachella site like 5 min ago and it was the same regular homepage. Then I go back a moment later and BAM.....THERE IT IS!
IT'S GONNA BE HARD FOR ME TO SLEEP TONIGHT!
Question for Tom or Ed?
Is your gig going to be on the Main Stage or in the Sahara tent?

All I care about on Friday is the Chems (and Tame Impala would be cool, and Boyz Noize and a few others that are in smaller print from that day). Not digging Kings of Leon headlining at all - talk about a step down from the Friday night headline that was Sir Paul in 2009 - but I don't care because The Chems are going to kick all sorts of ass like they always do at Coachella.
Big Audio Dynamite on Saturday, Duran Duran, London Suede - hello flashback. Leftfield on Sunday looks promising.
Kayne West - wouldn't that be awesome if he just rapped out his tweets instead? How wicked would that be?
On and someone needs to tell the Goldenvoice to correct the spelling on Crystal Castles

Nice up for T and E on the Friday! I am a definite no for this though....but I am still looking at Ultra.
one thing, when did DFA 1979 get back together?
Edit: though now that I look at flights into LAX.....under $400....hmmmmm mass rental anyone?

DFA 1979 probably isn't back together. Lots of bands do one off shows for Coachella. Who can resist, most likely, getting paid a half million dollars for ONE SHOW?? That's why there are no single day passes anymore. Everyone pays to get bands back together for one more show.
