Let me tell you, this has nothing to do with The Prodigy, but Liam.

The only song of The Prodigy, with The Prodigy's style that you're going to listen is just Wake the Fuck Up.



In my case, it isn't woth buying the CD, but you should better download it, and see if it's really worth buying it.

It's kinda like The Dirtchamber Sessions, which I like, but I don't like Liam Prodigy - Back to Mine.

I'm such a freakin idiot........i didnt even see that Prodigy is playing in Chicago this month!!!!!!!

in less than 24 hours i will be incapicated as i violently swing in the mass of bodies that float around me at nokia theatre... i hope to have a review for everyone... i doubt it will be as good as some of the others... since i am only going to midtown not another country and i am on spring break and vacationing from work...

AONO was decent, I gave it enough time, but it just didn't have any holding power. Really liked it also, or tried to fool myself bout it for sometime, since I'd been so much of a Liam worshipper since forever, but now the cd just lies there collecting dust. The first three anyday. The first for GOD.

Also love the Dirtchamber sessions - awesome mixes.



What's this new cd people are talking bout? Someone give more details? I've been pretty disconnected from new music for a long time.

Would anyway give an arm to go see Prodigy anyday. Liam's losing it, as far the last album is concerned, but he WAS and will always be a God.

Highlights : In the middle/end the crowd was so up for it and everybody INCLUDING MY MUM!!!! Went ape :D



Maxin comming to the balcony where me and my mum where walking next to us and stuff :D



Keith comming to where i was dancing on the fence and everybody going crazy



The shape of the venue , even on the balcony you can easily get to the field



The setlist was amazing :D All my favorites including voodoo people and their law and EVERYTHINGGGG!!!









Downsides : Me vgetting in the front/middle , moshpit startd , i went back on the stairs , some huge guy gets pushed , falls on me , and i fall with my leg ON the stairs - i think it is almost broken , i am serious! It is getting fucking blue already and i can't walk man!!

Okay , imagine Maxin getting next to you on the balcony and you wanna go ape and dance inm the stairways and stuff right ?!?!?! YOU CANT DANCE ON THE BALCONY MAN!!!! Not even in front of youre chair! I's a rule! You wanna go crazy with maxin but IT'S NOT ALLOWED!! I am sorry my dear american friends on the board but this is one of the reasons why NY / USA sucks - the policy is so strickt everywhere ,cause else they will SUE YOU. I say , fuck it , let people dance , it's a gig ffs !!!

Glad to read your mom had a good time! That's so cool! I used to want to take my mom to a show, since she's never been to a concert of any kind. Now I can't even imagine it, I think her head might explode - since I moved out years ago she hardly listens to anything at all. Hey, would your mother be interested in adopting a 34 year old woman?



Anyway, I hear you about dancing in your seat/on balconies. It used to not be that way, people were free to dance in the balconies just not in walkways. Then again I think it depends on the venue. But having almost been crushed one time at a concert I can see why those restrictions are in place.

I'm so jealous, I DIG the prodigy and the energy of their live shows!



Shame about the whole leg/security thing - Rules are made to be broken! Unless theres that risk of getting sued/killed X-D

Oh yeah! That Back to Mine Liam from Prodigy CD is part of the quite established Back to Mine series, where bands/DJs choose their favourite tracks to play at home after going out on a bender!



Liam decided to do something a bit different which is choose quite lively tracks coz he reckons the party only gets started when you get back to someones yard - Good man! 8)



Wake The Fuck Up is the only Prodigy track but there are some great other tracks on there too... It also has the original tune (Max Romeo - Chase the devil) which Liam sampled from for Out of Space. I wouldn't buy it just because its got Liam on the front though. I've bought it coz I really like the tracks on there.

i finally woke from my chemical state... literally i dont think i shouldhave been as intoxicated as i was for that event.. some how i wound up in brooklyn watching the sun rise from a new friends apartment. The crowd was a little dirtier than what i expected. it was a mixture of death metal looking headbangers to old people rocking out...

i am not surprised you mom had a good time jeanie.. I was standing next to this old guy who seemed to be craving everey woord maxim said. the show brought me back to my youth when i was humongous punker. i did not know all the songs so i just tried to grab the foriegn beats to dance to. When maxim was walking around the venue... he was made his way up the stairs behind me and two security guards literally flung a girl from grabbing at him... i really think some of the security had too much of an ego for their position. I forgot the one singer/dancers name (the White guy) he really bugged me out at certain times... i have know idea what he was on but he seemed a little off when he was doing his song "beautiful". I have only to problems with the prodigy show... the first is that as soon as they sped the tempo of certain songs... such as voodoo people, they dropped it all together rather blending it into the next song... Is this what they do normally? and the second was the opeing act... Adam Freeland>>> never respect this dj... i repeat do not go to his shows or buy his music. He would literally played songs and left the tables... his trick was to use what i assume was a kaos pad and flange certain songs and then cut the highs or chop the lows. It was horrible.

I thiink i might get the back to mine because i love most of those tracks as well girlelectric... Oh yeah... I heard WAKE THE FUCK UP... awesome track, but my new favorite is ,fuck them and THEIR LAW.
