35 days >_<

Haha reading a review by Jeanie is like watching a Tarantino movie : it's all messed up and you have to put it back in the right order

Dont worry about the Amsterdam gig Jeannie, there seem to be quite a few of us non Dutch people going over for it, to lively up things.Though I,m surprised at what you said,I would have thought the Dutch liberalism would have only added to a Chems gig?

People, that Jeans monsterpost, that's it. This gig was absolutly amazing. And fucking loud. When they started with the first beats on Galvanize I was like "shit this is much louder than Tilburg". My left ear is still peeping!! Setlist was the same as Tilburg but it sounded so much better. And the whole crowd was in to it. In Tilburg we were all the way up front, now we were in same line as the mixing desk. We could see the visuals very well and everyone uptill the doors of the venue were dancing. Great vibe.

Nice to see other forum members again, all great people.

Tom & Ed, absolutley amazing show. Very impressing. And the volume!!!! JEEZ!!!! See you again in Amsterdam. 28 days to go!

"I dont wanna seem to freaky here but a Chems gig really is like really good sex where you can totally loose yourself in it.

Boys - hold you're comments "

Their comments aren't all they're holding.

Great review, can't wait til whirly get's to see them again, and you guys can have a word-count contest.

And somehow it doesn't suprise me to know that people I've never heard of know who I am.

We should ask a fee for this fan club... Then book the chems for a private concert with all the money !

But we wouldn't let the Fan Club's Fan Club attend, right?

no, we would do a play for them instead. It would be a phone conversation of Jeanie and Whirly, with lesbian parts.

hahahaha, The Fan Club Fan Club. Sounds like a good name for a band.

((((Jeanie)))) I could hug you right now (in a platonic way, of course - boys hold your pants). You are the hottest woman on the board and your review was quite hot as well. My eyes are burning and I've got a strange little afterglow myself - and I couldn't wait to take a break at work so I could read your review because stash told me you posted a whopper! As always, thank you for the review!

Damn. I'm so fuckin' excited about seeing the Chems this time around. I want to have those feelings of complete joy and euphoria with a few thousand of my newest friends again...

and the opening screenplay would start:

whirly: "hi there, how was the show?!"

Jeansie: "FUCK... FUCK MAN, FUCK, FUCK FUCK FUCK... FUCKMAN... WOW... FUCK [continue the 'fucks" for about 35 minutes]...

whirly: oh, so it was good, but not as good as the last, eh? last time, the "fucks" went on for at least an hour.

:)

well, blimey that was flippin brilliant!

although the fire evac started out as quite novel, it pretty swiftly just got annoying, but to be fair the anticipation/relief built up to monstrous levels when we finally got inside! triumph through adversity and all that jazz....

set was absolutely superb - theyve really mixed things up again, it almost felt like seeing them for the first time again - the whole flow of the set was different and it worked really, really well.

loads of crackin tunes, wicked crowd, nice to meet up with with fellow forummers again - and ford was wicked to meet ya mate!

wish we had ur number sneaks! we were sure you were gonna be there, but wasnt sure how to get in touch - me and mchbne wanted to have a rant about ableton with ya :)

the fucking visuals are on another level - they were top draw before but theyve just upped the ante again - the screen was like a giant mesh thing and it looked un-real. it had lights behind it as well, and the lasers etc etc i love the way tom n ed have such high production values for there shows. the mesh thing reminded me of an old kids toy u used to get - it was kind of etch-a-sketch size and it was a black plastic board with little holes in it, like perforations, and if u ran these wheel thing across it it would change colour underneath. im sure no one has any idea what im talking about now hahah i tried to explain it to jos at 2.00am - i may have had a shandy or 2 by then haha.

i got one bit of video of s2a -

http://www.youtube.c...h?v=Uck8pR7Fvdk

but tbh i was too busy jigging to get anymore :)

love is all my super-luminaires :P
