I finaly got my Wii (a Pal one... Tired of waiting Cinebox.net to receive a Wii...)

I stood in the line for 6 hours with friends to have it on 7th December at midnight, at the Champs Elyses Fnac. It was a fun experience and I was one of the first in Europe to have it :p

Nintendo Wii rocks ! I have to check the manual to see if there are silly drawings like that :d

I wanna play!

Did you get twilight princess?

We were playing an emulator version of the Simpsons arcade game from like 10 years ago for a little bit. I rocked at that game when I was a kid. Held the record at Chuck E Cheese.

FIFA 2006

Im sure this isnt the newest FIFA game out there, but its fantastic. My cousin accedently left it here after he visited from Virginia and ive been playing it like crazy. Very addicting, and im not that big of a fan of Soccer aka Futball.

I think ive perfected the cross and header on the game.

FIFA 2007 is out now, but I've been cheap the last couple years so I've only got 2005. I am a lordly master of that game though.

I've played a little bit of 2006 and 2007. Need more practice before I'd consider myself a god.

So I took friday off of to try and get a Wii.

The guy at gamestop told me that the only way to get one was to be in the store when the UPS guy arrived, between 10am and 5pm.

So I went down, got some japanese food, had a beer, and parked myself in the place. Played a little Twilight Princess and PS3 on the demo machines.

The UPS guys came and went several times, and it was pushing 2pm when I get a call from my step dad. He got a call from a game shop by his office, the Wii's had just arrived and they were holding one for him.

I told him to call me back when he had it in his hands and hung up. Right then the UPS guys say that's it, no more deliveries that day, and no Wiis... but then my step dad calls me, he scored.... bought some games and the extended warranty, all that, like $400 all together, and I didn't have to do it. rox.

So the boy isn't even expecting that 'Santa' will be able to get a Wii (I told him that since the japanese were heathens that santa has a hard time getting japanese electronics for christmas)... also picked up 2 others toys on friday, and completely filled in his christmas wish list.

There will be quicktime movies of him opening not only the Wii, but his rare, collectors Star Wars action figures, that he also doesn't think santa can supply.

my bro in law has about 30 hours in that game so far. He's given up sleep. I'll try it when he's finished.
