Dude, better this NOT be included in their new album.
That is NOT music, is gay Hollywood movie sound effects which would only work out inside a movie, not outside of it.
You're never too retarded to RAVE!!!

I always found Daft Punk over-rated, so I will wait to hear the soundtrack to say something...

Hmmmm, this is not what I was expecting. It definitely sounds like a movie soundtrack, but they don't sound much like Daft Punk. The exception, as already mentioned, is track 5 in which has sounds like "Rollin' & Scratchin'".

That said, I like what I'm hearing better than HAA, but I'll definitely wait for the actual soundtrack to come out before I judge the soundtrack anymore.

Track 5? ... I better listen to that one. I got bored half way through track 3. Let's hope there is some better stuff to come. Don't they usually put the good stuff in the trailers though .... major let down for me, so far.
Further Remixed There's nothing else...

I think Ben_J's right - those tracks are probably the material they sent to the guys who mixed the audio for the trailers.

You guys, this is absolutely fantastic score for a movie--I don't know what you people were expecting... The only thing I would say is that it's fairly generic, but very well done. Track 5 has the most signature "Daft Punk" sound in it, though the other tracks have a fairly nice electronic undertone to them.

I agree. This movie wasn't going to be a concert film for them; these songs are meant to contribute mood and blend into the background. For the most part it won't be in-your-face or particularly impressive as a standalone album, because it's meant to accompany the movie. The only likely exception will be whatever music they use for the club scene in which they cameo.

I like track 2.

Btw, these tracks are not the kind of track you can dance to (apart maybe from track 1 but it's just for a trailer, no in the movie).
I'm not a big fan of the Tron universe but as I see in the trailers, there seems to be some moped races. And I don't think they'll put an ambient track over a moped race.
Besides, we know that Daft Punk will make a cameo as DJs in a club. So I think they'll be playing a track people can dance to.

So I think we'll be able to have some bangers and kicking-ass tracks !
Roses are red
Violets are blue
And I will rape

Nice! That little secret clip is really agreeable sounding! My interest in this soundtrack has increased.

I can't get the code to work. I type in 'derezzed' and nothing happens.

Other stuff works, like 'flynn' (opens up flynnlives.com), 'light' (light cycle game), 'daft' or 'music' (opens up Daft Punk's website). But not 'derezzed'. How did you guys get it?
