in 2007 the chems played a mindfucking live open air @arena, vienna on the 4.juli. yeah, the played das spiegel, sunshine underground and so on an on...the weather was also veeeery nice...

tonight i spoke with some of the people who keeps arena running. i told him that a bunch friends and myself went to see the chems live on this date. he began to grin and told me, that since the chems got on stage they never had a liveband or everything else open air at this time cos the chems where that banging loud that they never could do that again...

after he told me that story i got some kind of laughingflash coz all i was thinking was the built up in "believe"...and that was massive.

what you also should know, is that arena isn't really a club or a hall, no it's some kind of a big areal which was occupied by people in the 70's...and now every famous act is performing there...and this areal is placed near the inner city...

ohhh what a night, WE ARE THE NIGHT STILL RULES!

btw: bought my ticket yesterday for the chemical brothers dj set in vienna on 6/6/09...they also will play in a nice factory hall...and the organizer of this party said, that the chems will be the last act EVER who will play there coz after them, this hall will close it's doors FOREVER!!!!

i hope this set will be as cool as their liveact...

You shouldn't write a book.

Twilight worked, so maybe you should write a book.

I don't know.... It's nice when people post about how excited they are about the Chemical Brothers. And nearly 2 years later, the exciting memory of July 4th in Vienna is still strong.

I like the bit about the dj set coming up at the factory hall. It's a bummer it's closing its doors but what better way to go out with a bang than with the Chemical Brothers?

hehe...why not writing a book about iggy's forum posts here.

no seriously, my articles work better in german (i'm working for a newspaper beside my study). anyway, hope you understand some of my postings here.

also hope, that the chems know, that this is the last time that this hall opens it's doors.

You're doing quite well at English lads!

I rarely notice anything funny looking.

I thought Brother_Ging was just using some lazy internet lingo, etc. Ha!
