It's not really a poll, more of a list of amazing basslines. The reason I started it was because I wanted to hear some tracks with amazing basslines i've never heard before, and i'm sure some of the tracks i've added some people haven't heard before.
I'm just sharing the love of the bassline.

I remember when I first heard that song. I was around 6 years old at the time and my brother and his best friend used to really rock out to it. How cheesy is that. Anyway - I feel like a complete dork hearing it, because I just can't help but get the Weird Al Yankovick lyrics to My Balogna out of my head.

ORBITAL- REMIND (baseline by clune, i think)
GRANDMASTER FLASH- (got the queen song another bites the dust in my head)
NEW ORDER- CONFUSION (pump panel reconstruction remix)
if we are allowed to include acid baselines (please) then:
JOSH WINK- HIGHER STATESOF CONSCIOUSNESS, ORIGINAL ACID FUNK MIX
WARP BROTHERS- WE WILL SURVIVE
have to agree though, any funk and soul baseline is always good.
MEX- WAY OF THE EXPLOSION
