So this time rather than a tribute that sounds like it was made with an inferior yamaha keyboard we have music for TV and Film "inspired" by the Chemical Brothers, for those of you who don't care too much or have too full of a bladder to click on this a link this sacrilegiously funny, it's basically 14 variations of bank heist music, or bad (actually good ihmo) Crystal Methhead music, to whom this inspired album should've been instead. There is so much record scratching noise that had it not been a sample, but instead a real record, it would've been scratched down to the slipmats and maybe China.

Haha, this is excellent. I'm pretty sure they just wanted to use the Chems name to attract the attention of buyers. Kind of like this song I saw once that was by "Darft Phunk". And you were right about the bank heist music thing; this music is so nondescript it could only be used for an action movie with a bunch of technologically-oriented pretensions and perhaps something about "hacking the mainframe".

No Ryno, that's Draft Phunk.
Ha, i don't know which i prefer more, Hallelujah is like the guys were getting together for their first big meeting on the roof of a church but then the awesome chase-fight-scene music of 'Take Over' is right on the money for cheesy-bank-job-movie-soundtrack award nominee. At the Razzies.

As the Dane Cook sketch went, there has to be a seen with a guy yelling "hold on while I download the schematics."
I think we're all thinking of the Oceans 11 remake, which south park did a good spoof of for the recent election, with the annoying dialog and music.

Man I love that show. Feel they've gone a little off on a couple of recent episodes but it still cracks me up!
Almost as much as this album!! Wonder can I d/l the full version anywhere....could maybe use it in a homemade movie which will have the tagline:
'Inspired by the 'Inspired by the Chemical Brothers' album....and teh matrix'
The official title for this movie will be decided by the writers of Snakes on a Plane.
