I have no respect for artists who release a lot of singles with remixes and no b-sides... THAT is shameless milking. Chems are better than that - they always have at least 1 b-side on their singles...
Come With Us/The Test. For Canadians, Get Yourself High had no NEW b-sides.

But get yourself high couldnt have been milking because it wasnt on any original album in the first place

Garbage have released 6 (!!) singles off their second album... That's the most I've seen so far. .
Yes they did, but one of them wasn't released internationally, only for europe . I know it doesn't change much though..
-------
I'd like to see Marvo Ging as a single, but I think Come Inside would make a fabulous 4th single.

I just read in Internation DJ magazine that they already have some vague ideas for their 6th album! And they are very much looking foward to getting started on it.
They are on a roll and pressing ahead.
If they want to milk Push The Button for a few more singles, or call it a day after the Boxer and get started on something new - more power to them. Plus we get to hear the fruit of their efforts one way or another!
Singles... b-sides... a new album or whatever - Bring it on!!
and fast, please! I'm longing for some new stuff!!!! Oh my godness, i'm addicted... how could that happen . . . 8O

hold tight london.......if they pick it as a single i think it could be potentially big for the bros....plus i think its the most music video friendly track on the album.......however, any song will do for their next single....they could re-release galvanize again and i would still be happy :D

All this talk of Hold Tight London... I really dont think it would be a great single, the vocal is kind of quiet and its really hard to make out the lyrics whereas the boxer and believe AND galvanize are loud and shouting, crystal clarity! People like that kind of thing! I like that kind of thing!
I dont think they'd release Left/Right, i won't go into the gory details of why i think it wont be released cause i'll probably spark off some kind of crazy political debate...
The Boxer will be a magnificent single, i'm surprised they released it 3rd, i would have thought it to be the perfect follow up to Galvanize... but its all good.
I agree, Marvo Ging would indeed be a cool record just... to have. ;-)
You know what? I really have absolutely no idea as to which single will be released next. If i had to cast my vote i'd put a dib in forrrrr..... ahh f*uck it. I give up. They're all good. Just hard to evaluate from a commercial perspective.

I don't think they will release a 3rd single, I'm hoping the new album will come out at the end of the year / early next year so we'll get singles from that.
On the other hand, if there is gonna be a 4th single, assuming it's not a double A-side, I reckon it'll be Come Inside, possibly paired with Surface To Air. Outside bet is The Big Jump (the crowd erupted in Brighton when that came on!), but that's pretty unlikely.

'Shake Break Bounce' could attract some new ears, as it has that Neptunes kind of feel. But I think it's too.. 'weird' for the general audience, as is Hold Tight London. As much as I adore this track (HTL - probably my favorite off the album), I don't think it's radio friendly at all.. The structure of the song is kind of anarchic, you can't make out a clear chorus, something that could be easily remembered by the average listener.. But I agree, the video for it would be magnificent.
I really think Come Inside would be the best next single. It's really catchy, and as I said in other topics, it would bring former fans who might have been 'decieved' or 'turned down' when the Chems went off the breakbeat tracks and went more electronica with Surrender and Come With Us.
Marvo Ging would do good as well, but it first has to be used in a shoe commercial (as it has already been stated before X-D )

yeah it could sound weird for some of the fans, but i hate this discussion about being commercial (what your answer seemed to aim at if i got you right) as we did here on the forum some time ago.
I was wondering why the brothers are neglecting breakbeats a little, i hope they don't do so because they think the audience want to hear something other, more ,ahm not usual, but danceable beats. Although i believe it's nice to dance to jumping beats as i did a their gig in berlin. They could involve more of them, thats the only thing i wished.
I'm freaking out when listening to the coachella set (which was nearly the same as in berlin) when the Dig your own hole part comes in and merged into elektrobank, whoooohoo!
