I swear something is wrong with the forum. Its been acting wierd. I haven't been able to get on to it for the past 2 days. It keeps showing things like my user name at the top 10 times, posts that have been posted -1 years ago ( http://s82.photobuck...urrent=wtf3.jpg )and all kinds of crazy shit. Am I the only one experiencing this? It is quite humorous though.

I saw something like this on Friday or Thursday (which ever day Madpooter went "Mad")

I'm kinda curious why the forum was down for about 2 days...

Prochem I did notice some of your posts were at negative 1 year ago. That was pretty hilarious.

I wasn't on much last week, but when I was I didn't notice any weirdness like usernames up at the top 10 times, or negative Freshness factors and whatnot. Everything was just 'Pooterific, but that's because he was temporarily possessed by a spambot.

The forum was down on Saturday and all day Sunday, definitely. I was able to log on around very early in the Saturday am PST, then I tried to get on during the Chems Top 20 radio show and it was error central. It went from bad to worse - first the forum crapped out, then the Chems home page only loaded about halfway. Up near the top by where the Chems txt used to be it said something along the lines of Couldnot connect to DB. Too many connections.

Maybe an insane amount of people were trying to access the site all at once, or maybe we were hacked by some disgruntled ex poster. One small shimmer of hope was that our admin was coming back to us and just revamping some stuff, but I suppose some things aren't meant to be. Boo hoo. :sad:

Either way, things seem to be as they should for the time being so as long as we don't have anymore glitched out forum freakiness that is fine with me. It would've been nice for the forums to be up during that top 20 show - you know it's bad when the dj hosting the show says "the Chemical Brothers forum is down".
