What's the score with the transport strikes at the moment?

Is it still reasonably okay to get around Paris, or have these strikes hit the city really hard?

I'm not living in Paris, only in the suburbs. Today was another major strike day (among all state employees, not only transports), but I can't tell to what extent it hit the underground or the train service. I just hope it won't be a nightmare to get to Paris on Saturday night (the day the Chems play).

One strike, two issues for people who don't have a car :

few trains to come to Paris ;

a reduced service in the underground.

Hopefully, I live in Paris suburbs and I don't work on saturdays, so I'll have plenty of time to come to le Zénith.

If we are lucky enough, the strikes will have stopped. If not... Well I'll have to go with a bike. Or walking. The Zenith is on the line 7. So Am I. But the Zenith is on one end and I'm on the opposite -_-'

You can also access Le Zénith with the line 5 (porte de Pantin) and this line seems less troubled than the line 7 (and i'm also on the line 7, Gobelins). We'll see that on saturday...

Yikes, hopefully the strike will be over by that time. If not maybe mou all could meet up at one of the stops where you know there will be service, then get a cab to the venue and split the fare...?
