YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! ROCK ON! I'm going to see the chems 2 nights in a row!!! That'll make up for the years of bad luck starting in 2002's tour (knock on wood)

Hope MadPooter gets the telepathic signal...

No sign of this on Ticketmaster or Another Planet's website yet. Any idea when it goes on sale?

Also, anyone know anything about this venue? The Concourse? I can't find anything about a venue by that name at the address given on the Myspace gig info...

I'm a bit leery of having the Concourse as the venue, but I think they will most likely be playing with Paul van Dyk, and the event will be billed much like the gig they played back in 2002 with Sasha/Digweed and Oakenfold.

I really, really like the idea, actually, of attracting a wider array of people who love dancing and that sort of energy. It makes for a much, much better show.

So venue be damned--I had an AMAZING time at the Cow Palace back in 2002, and that venue sucked.

Oh shit shit shit!!

errol, thank you so much!!

I'm not sure how I'm going to pull this one off, seeing as it's back to back. I would drive up to San Fran and all the way back down again for the Chems. NO SLEEP TIL LA!! But would my husband? muahahaha.

Hmmmm. HMMMMMMM!!

I wouldn't mind having someone like Van Dyk (though I loathe him ) because he'd pull in the proper sort of crowd to give the gig some energy, especially following the debacle that was seeing the Chems play a great set to a crowd of uninterested, impatient New Order (and Joy Division) fans in Oakland in 05...

.....a great show in Oakland to a crowd of about 15 chems fans (I felt lonely at times) and the rest NO fans (were I didn't feel so lonely, and afterwars also).

I really didn't want to do a LA trip but now for SF....YES YES!!!! I so would be up for that trip. I love that town. And the day after my birthday, that would be the best Bday present ever....that and getting laid......hmmmm....maybe....

I could probably fly into San Fran a day early too and catch this, as long as someone could give me a ride back down to LA for Nocturnal Wonderland.
