sorry man, I won't click a myspace link. Myspace is for fags, llamas and 14 year olds.

I know the chems have a myspace page, somewhere in the back of my mind, but I do my best to never, ever think about them whoring themselves to the 13 year old demographic.

There are NO artists on myspace by choice. The label made the chems have a page, and nothing will change my mind about that.

Any musician voluntarily on myspace is just a commercial whore, catering to the absolute lowest denominator on the internet: Myspace users.

I fucking hate myspace. It gave the uneducated masses a way to create their own webpages, with no skill and no work. These people shouldn't be allowed on the internet. The internet is for those of use with 1337 skillz, not every 14 year old with access to their moms AOL account. I'm glad they get stalked by sexual predators. They deserve it for being unskilled idiots. LEARN TO MAKE YOUR OWN PAGE AND GET YOUR OWN URL, GODDAMNIT!!!

That's my position and I'm sticking to it until I get bored of it.

/rant off

I never said that the chems or ANY big artist for that matter is on their own myspace ;) But mate if thats youre opinion thats fine! I just think its a bit weird that u dont even want to check out a band that u can easily check out on MySpace because of youre hate towards MySpace.

As for the sexual perverts....Pf , lets not even start about that. I have my profile set to private because i dont like strangers seeing my pics. But saying that this 14 year old kids who sit on MySpace deserve it goes a bit far imo. And i'm not talking about the girls who pose naked in front of their webcam , i'm talking about normal girls.

I know astralwerks set up their myspace page.

I like to believe the conversation went like this:

Whoring SeaDonkey Astralwerks PR Guy: "We've set you guys up a myspace page"

T&E: "wot? Dear god, no, only wankers and teenagers use myspace! our fans are waaay to computer literate to ever go there! we're gonna lose cyber-cred, PLEASE DON'T DO IT!"

Whoring SeaDonkey Astralwerks PR Guy: "sorry, we're your label and we own your souls. Just be lucky you're not bigger in America or we'd have you playing the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards"

T: Breaks chair over Whoring SeaDonkey Astralwerks PR Guy's head

and that's how it went down man!

I cheer a little inside everytime I hear about someone getting molested because of myspace, and I'll tell you why:

Because eventually they'll have to shut it down or censor it to the point it no longer exists, and then I win.

and besides, because I *am* skilled, I could have the entire Midlakes discography, in stunning 256kbs llame encoded mp3 format, sitting on my harddrive in a matter of minutes if I wanted it.

cuz I'm old skool.

So u win over the back of innocent young kids who have no idea about all those creeps online and who are just online to have a laugh and to stay in touch with people.

Well done!

Not my fault, their parents shouldn't have let them online. And they especially shouldn't have let them use something as dodgy as myspace.

Personally, I think you should have to be 18 (or whatever the age of consent is in your country of orgine) to even log onto the internet.

Everyone on the internet is going to have sex with someone they met on the internet, eventually. So an age limit makes sense.

An age limit could be a smart idea , i have to agree.

Anyway youre contradicting yourself here.

First you're saying "not every 14 year old with access to their moms AOL account. I'm glad they get stalked by sexual predators. They deserve it for being unskilled idiots"

And now you're saying their parents shouldn't let them use this kind of website's.And still everytime you hear about someone getting molested because of myspace you cheer a little bit , while u think it's the PARENTS who shouldn't let those kids online.

Anyway , yes an age limit would be a smart idea.

But everybody chooses for themselves wether they wanna use a service like MySpace or not. Or Facebook. Or any of those website. That doesn't mean that person is an idiot.

I dont like Goth Metal music , in fact i hate it , but that doesnt mean i think people who listen to it are idiot ;)

No worries stash u know i love you X-D I just dont always agree with yah.
