That track isn't that bad, funky and very very chemical. But i hope the album has some more facettes and complexity. I'm not a huge fan of minimal techno...

Damn I'd like it if the Punks did it! It's meant for dance floors and it will do the trick just right.

For me, it'd fit right into the album - I can already feel it.

Gnite! It sure was one helluva night again! I can't fuckin wait for the album! Now I can hear the remix in peace tomorrow morning, which I've been saving. So how do people feel the remix is compared to the original? :D

Mx made a VERY good point , and something i think about a lot.

Do u like the songs because of the songs or because they are from the Chems ?!

This is not directed at somebody just a general question.

For me it partly has to do with the fact that they are who they are.

Like i said , Tom and Ed always take music to different levels. The fact that everything they make is one step ahead of anybody else def ads up to the "I love this song" factor. I mean , i love 98% of their tunes because of the tunes , but i cant help but thinking "Fukc Tom and Ed you are so fucking clever! " u know what i mean ?!

Ultimately, I like the music for the music. But, I'll admit that I'll give tunes by Tom and Ed a longer chance to win me over than if it's just some random producer.

In this case I liked the song immediately.

spurs losing - not house

recording ace funk band with bundes of talent in ridiculously long sessions meaning i miissed watching the match - house

new chems tune with wickedly falsetto drugs vocals, irritatingly catchy little synth riff and big chunky funky groove and STILL suprising me after 10 years with their tunes, yet always retaining their signature sound VERY HOUSE.

tom n ed, i salute thee - wicked track.

timbaland comparisons are v true, i stil rate beth ortons comparison of phill spector - u just KNOW its the chems.

i thank you :D

exactly what my colleague said.

spurs loosing - rubbish. I can't tell my arsenal joke anymore :(

do it again is proper dirty modern r&b with a chems twist. timbo comparisons def. they're still not standing still....EBW's and this are good signs for what we can expect with the album.

still cutting edge. the brothers are still doing it.

Yeah it sounds a bit like a Timbaland production.

I dont know where you guys get off saying it sounds like Timbaland, maybe the vocal arrangement sounds like Timbaland, but deffinately not the instrumental. :?

I concur. Misters Mippio and Chebs, an excellent dissection of the, how should I put it?, choon at hand.

Perhaps we should adjourn to the dining room and don our smoking jackets and discuss some Baudelaire.

(What's the Arsenal joke? I can still tell it to my Gooner friends.....)

The synergy between the synths and the vocals is what reminds me of Timba. I would say that Do It Again is more uptempo than most Timbaland productions, but they have the same essential modern sexual energy about them.
