Listen man, it's real simple, don't sound like a douchebag, and I won't call you a douchebag.

I'll admit, I'm prejudiced against you. Blame your photo. You look like the kind of asshole that hangs out at Giant in your stupid hooker sunglasses, and shoves through the crowd to cut in line at the bar.

Maybe you're not as big a jerkoff as you look, or not even as dumb as you sound. Maybe you're really not a huge trance (the lowest form of dance music) fan, and it's just a clever name. Maybe I should have given you the benefit of the doubt.

But I didn't, and guess what? I don't have to. You know who the complaints department is? Me. You know who decides what's fit for this forum or not? Me. You know who I'm answerable to? Me.

tough, ain't it?

When my folks lived in London, my mom would send me over care packages of random things (mainly candies and soap and lotions from Boots) but also she'd send British foods she thought were amusing. One day I got a package that had 3 cans of Heinz spotted dick for no apparent reason. I think I still have them, tucked away in my cupboard. I never was too interested in sampling the ol' spotted dick. Maybe it was the name that threw me off.

Spotted dick is a spongey pudding with (usually) currants. It's served up warm with custard. I hear it's not bad, actually.

LMAO, I dont know why, but I cant stop laughing at the fact that on the side of the can it says, "new recipe".

British Person A: Have you tried the new Spotted Dick?

British Person B: Blimey! a new Dick?!!!

British Person A: Yeah Mate! It has a new recipe! Spot on, if I do say myself.

British Person B: You Cheeky Bastard! Cheers!

Here's how you can tell if your a chems fan.

all the positive aspects above (I mean posts above this)

you find people similar to you

you make friends and start 'seeing' each other(Whirly:stash,Jeanie:mippio)

you meet tom and ed and they know who you are (quite a few people here)

you travel out of your country to see shows (HAH I'm in this one! Legend of Fuji rock)

4/5 ain't bad. plus i'm trying to find an excuse to move to europe after college, so then i can see them over seas with more ease (oh yeah and say GWB is not my president)

Think for a lot of us, this topic should've focused on what, if any, parts of out life hasn't been influenced by the music, friends, and fuzzy feeling of love around the chems.

I raise my juice glass you you good sirs.
